      Monday- Functional Fitness - Back to basics: 
Resistance and body- weight training.  Build muscular strength, and increase endurance.
      Tuesday – Stretch and Balance: 

Dynamic movement warms up muscles and connecting tissues. Followed by balance challenges & stretching.
       Wednesday – Hula Hoop Madness: 

Hula hoops are fun and functional.  Achieve results quickly with high intensity interval training.
       Thursday – Core Challenge and Myo-Fascial Release: 

Pilates inspired moves facilitate core strength and conditioning. Learn self- care techniques to help alleviate stiffness and soreness by using foam rollers.
       Friday – Play Away:

Obstacle courses, basketballs, medicine balls and climbing walls are only some of the options available for this free style workout.
